Check In after this time frame is by appointment, or get the Access Code of Your Suite by Phone or Text. please, call or text me, in case I am doing some herances, I am on the Beach, or it's my 1/2 Day OFF. Your suite has been prepared for You & I will receive You personally at the time convenient for you (even late...)
For late Late arrival, call or Text me, we will make arrangement so you will get access to your suite with door Code at your time of arrival.

Please, after 10pm, respect our other guests & Neighbors and Do NOT turn the music too loud in your Suite to disturb the sleep of our guests or neighbors.
Children under 18 years old must be under the supervision of their parents at all time.Villa Sinclair Beach Suites & SPA will not be responsible for improper use of any of our amenities, Check with your doctor, if the Sauna, Hot tub are right for You. There is NO lifeguard on Duty. Barbecue & Fire place must be operated by an adult only, first come first served.. Turn off water jet of Hot Tub, Water of the shower, electric of the Sauna, & the fire of the barbecue before you leave.

The Standard out call rate for 1 hour Full Body Massage is $85.00/hour Tips not included
Massage therapists usually request payment by cash only.
if you wish to pay by Credit card ( Visa, MC, Discover) for your massage
Villa Sinclair will add a $5 convenience fee & 13% Hotel sales taxes
Please discuss & mutually agree upon their rates before making an appointment
Make note that they are directly employed by You, as the registered guest.

Payment should be made directly between You, the registered Guest, & the Massage Therapist of your choice.
Unappropriated conduct involving sex solicitation from the guest with the Licensed Massage Therapist may result in the Immediate Termination of your stay with NO refund at the discretion of the management.

Parking:
We have 2 VIP Reserved Parking on the Side of the Building for $20/day with over night stay included. Please, respect your designed space to avoid problems with other guests. Additional Parking are available from the Parking lot for $20/day with overnight stay.
Please don't forget to return the Street Parking Pass at Check out or you will be charged $250.00 for replacement of the Street Parking Pass
